Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy suffered a huge personal loss when his son Gudem Vishnuvardhan Reddy (34) passed away due to ill health. Gudem Vishnuvardhan Reddy had been an active BRS member since his student days.
He breathed his last while undergoing treatment for his ill health. He was diagnosed with jaundice and despite the best efforts of the doctors, he passed away at 2.30 AM today. He fell in on 23 July. He is survived by his wife Dr.Kiranmai, a son, and a daughter. Condolences poured in from all quarters and CM KCR expressed his shock while Minister Harish Rao, MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy and others met him and consoled him personally.
The people of the constituency are shedding tears after hearing the news of the death of Vishnu, who greets everyone warmly. Gudem Vishnuvardhan Reddy was known for his good work in the constituency and was well known for his helping hand and jovial and friendly nature. People are still in a shock and unable to believe the sudden and shocking demise of the young leader. BRS cadre are thronging the house of the departed leader to have the last glimpse and pay their final respects.
