Revanth targets KCR and his family. Telangana CM KCR is known for crushing opponents mercilessly after the people-friendly welfare schemes. CM KCR and the ruling BRS is expected to come to power in the 2024 elections and complete a hattrick. CM KCR is going aggressive and the same is the case with his family members, his daughter Kavitha, son KTR and nephew Harish Rao.
KCR is known for its strategies but opposition parties are trying their best to cash into the so-called anti-incumbency against the BRS government. Congress is confident of coming to power in Telangana riding on the sensation in Karnataka. Following this, TPCC chief Revanth Reddy is taking on KCR directly.
Congress has been inducting leaders and cadres from the ruling BRS. Excited by it, Revanth Reddy mocked KCR and branded KCR and his family as the most corrupt. He said "The family members of the Chief Minister amassed wealth and are in possession of hundreds of acres of farmlands, but they neglected Mahbubnagar district in terms of development,"
He added "Minister V Srinivas Goud was also indulged in land grabbing and did not even leave the Wakf Board lands in Mahbubnagar district. In the Alampur constituency, the BRS leaders are running illegal business activities selling wines, mines and others"
