All the while, things weren't looking good between the chief minister of Telangana, KCR and the Governor of the state, Tamilisai. They were at loggerheads. There was a point when the governor had as many as 6 pending bills without clearance, which irked the BRS government.
But cut to now, things have changed drastically and the fact that KCR and the governor were seen sharing a hearty smile at a public event just a few days ago implies the same.
Incidentally, governor Tamilisai has made a very interesting comment in the context of Telangana political atmosphere now and this has added to the speculation that the CM and Governor have gotten back on good terms.
"I have learned a lot from CM KCR and it is great to be able to work with a capable leader like him. I have enhanced my skillset by working closely with the government of Telangana," the governor said.
This new found camaraderie between the BRS chief and the governor of the state has become an interesting development in the build up for the coming general elections in the state.
