The IT sleuths reportedly came in 8 vehicles and they are currently searching the residence of Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy for any unaccounted cash or documentation.
The raid has been going on since 3 in the morning today, 9 November. They have obtained all the mobile phones belonging to Ponguleti and his family members.
The interesting thing here is that only yesterday, 8 November did Ponguleti suspect an IT raid on him while he addressed the media. And today, the IT sleuths have raided his house.
Ponguleti was supposed to file his nomination for the Palair MLA elections today and this might get disrupted due to the sudden IT raids
