Spiritual Respite: Manoj Manchu and Bhuma Mounika Visit Mysuru’s Sri Chamundeshwari Temple with Children

Actor Manoj Manchu (fondly hailed by fans as 'RawKing') along with his wife Bhuma Mounika Manchu, son Dhairav, and daughter Devasena Shobha, paid a spiritual visit to the renowned Sri Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hills in Mysuru today to seek divine blessings.

Taking a brief breather from the ongoing high-energy filming schedule of Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming magnum opus ‘Daada’, Manoj spent quality moments with his family offering prayers at the hill shrine.

Traditional Poornakumbham Reception at Chamundi Hills

Upon their arrival at the historic temple, the temple administration and chief priests extended a traditional, ceremonial Poornakumbham welcome to the couple.

Accompanied by their children, Manoj and Mounika performed special rituals and archana inside the sanctum sanctorum, receiving Vedic chants and blessings from the resident scholars. Following the darshan:

  • Temple authorities felicitated the couple with the sacred Seshavastram.
  • The family was presented with holy Theertha Prasadam.
  • The presence of the actor and his family prompted warm smiles and excited interactions from fellow pilgrims, devotees, and fans gathered across the temple premises, alongside several local dignitaries who joined to greet them.

Taking a Breather from the Brisk ‘Daada’ Shoot

The spiritual retreat came right in the middle of a packed production schedule. High-octane action entertainer ‘Daada’, bringing together Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna and blockbuster filmmaker Gopichand Malineni, is currently progressing at a relentless pace across scenic and heritage locations in Mysuru.

Manoj Manchu, who has taken on a pivotal and intensely layered character in the project, utilized the brief shooting break to seek the blessings of Goddess Chamundeshwari alongside his family before heading straight back to the sets.
