'16 Rojula Pandaga' Grand Launch: Director Saikiran Adivi Returns with a Fresh Entertainer
Director Saikiran Adivi, best known for delivering feel-good hits like Vinayakudu and Kerintha, has officially launched his next directorial venture, titled '16 Rojula Pandaga'. The film marks the debut of Sai Krishna Dammalapati as the male lead, with Gopika Udayan playing the female lead.
Produced jointly by Prada Pictures and Sai Cine Chitra as their Production No. 1, the film is bankrolled by Suresh Kumar Devata, Haritha Duddukuru, and Prathiba Adivi.
A Star-Studded Muhurtham
The movie opened today with a grand puja ceremony attended by industry stalwarts.

The Krishna Vamsi Connection:
During the press meet, director Saikiran Adivi revealed an interesting backstory regarding the title. "The title '16 Rojula Pandaga' was actually suggested by Krishna Vamsi garu. He loved the story immensely and insisted we use this title. I am very grateful to him," said Saikiran.
Renu Desai’s Unique Role:
Actress Renu Desai shared her excitement about her comeback role. "Saikiran narrated this story to me before the COVID lockdown. I loved it instantly. I play the role of an 'Attamma' (Mother-in-law). Initially, I wondered if it suited my age, but the character and story are so wonderful that I couldn't say no. Audiences will understand why I chose it when they see the film," she stated.
From Child Artist to Hero:
Action choreographers Ram-Laxman Masters revealed that the debutant hero, Sai Krishna, is the son of producer DS Rao. "We are as happy as if our own son were becoming a hero today. Sai Krishna previously won a Nandi Award as a child artist. We hope he grows into a big star," they noted. Jani Master also wished the team success, recalling his first opportunity given by DS Rao.
