Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen is pushing the boundaries of Indian cinema yet again. After the multifaceted success of Falaknuma Das and Das Ka Dhamki, he returns as a writer, director, and lead in his most ambitious project to date: #CULT. Produced by Sandeep Kakarala under the Tarak Cinemas banner, this "Global Slasher" is inspired by harrowing real-life events and marks a total departure from traditional filmmaking.
Following a menacing first-look poster, the much-anticipated teaser has officially arrived, promising a raw and unapologetically brutal cinematic journey.
The Plot: A Party That Becomes a Graveyard
The story follows a group of young friends looking for a wild night in Goa. After being rejected from a local pub for being stags, they stumble upon exclusive "Cult Passes" to a mysterious party. What starts as an elite celebration quickly descends into a bloodbath when the host forces the guests into a sadistic game of survival.
As the body count rises and hope fades, a mysterious and unhinged "Game Master" (Vishwak Sen) arrives. The teaser leaves audiences questioning: is he their only hope for survival, or a nightmare even more dangerous than the host?
A New Genre for Indian Cinema
Vishwak Sen’s vision for #CULT is bold and uncompromising. By introducing the slasher genre—popularized by Hollywood classics—to India, he blends youthful vibrancy with visceral horror.
