A Nostalgic Trip Down Memory Lane: Soulful ‘Friendship Song’ from Summer Holidays Out Now
Producer and distributor Dheeraj Mogilineni, known for backing rooted, content-driven cinema under the Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainments banner, is bringing a heartwarming children’s drama titled ‘Summer Holidays’. Directed by debutant Srikar, the film aims to evoke sweet nostalgia and transport audiences straight back to the carefree innocence of their growing-up years.
Fronted by young talents Master Rohan, Master Arun, and Baby Khushi, Summer Holidays is steadily wrapping up its promotional drive ahead of a worldwide theatrical release.
A Melody Celebrating Innocence and Childhood Bonds
Following the enthusiastic reception of the previously unveiled Crush Song and School Song, the makers have rolled out the third single from the album—a breezy, uplifting ‘Friendship Song’.
Composed by Sinjith Yerramilli, the track is a warm acoustic ode to the unadulterated bonds formed in childhood:
-
Lyricists: Renowned lyricist Purna Chary penned the opening pallavi, while Kittu Vissapragada stepped in with evocative verses for the charanam and a catchy, memorable hook line.
-
Vocals: Seasoned singer Sree Rama Chandra lends his signature effortless charm and dynamic vocal energy, giving the melody a youthful bounce.
What Makes the Song Resonate?
The track paints a vivid, sun-drenched portrait of rural childhood adventures:
-
Climbing mango trees, wading through village streams, and running through open fields without a care in the world.
-
The everyday mischief, unscripted camaraderie, and small joys that define school vacations.
The lyrical video comes with an endearing visual touch—both music director Sinjith Yerramilli and vocalist Sree Rama Chandra make an appearance alongside the young leads, infusing the visuals with warmth and infectious energy.
With its soulful melody and relatable visual aesthetics, the Friendship Song adds fresh momentum to the musical promotions of Summer Holidays, setting high expectations for a clean, comforting family experience on the big screen.
