“A Heartfelt Love Story That Will Never Disappoint You”: Producer Supriya Yarlagadda at the Press Meet of Annapurna Studios’ ‘Balu Geetha’
Renowned production banner Annapurna Studios is gearing up to premiere its latest soulful romantic drama, ‘Balu Geetha’, directly on digital streaming. Starring Sundeep Saroj and Keyuri in the lead roles, the film is directed by debutant Pratap Kollareddy and co-produced by Anand Reddy Karnati and Harish Kohirkar.
Backed by producer Supriya Yarlagadda, the film is locked for an exclusive digital premiere on ETV Win starting November 5. Ahead of its release, the makers hosted a grand press meet in Hyderabad, featuring producer Niharika Konidela as the special guest alongside the core cast and crew.

Addressing the media, producer Supriya Yarlagadda opened up about why this small-budget narrative struck such a deep chord with the Annapurna Studios team:
“Though we call it a small film, it carries a very big emotional core. When director Pratap first narrated this story, we knew we had to bring it to life. It is a deeply relatable tale that mirrors real-life incidents in many people's lives. When we brought the script to Bapinu garu at ETV, he instantly loved it and gave us tremendous encouragement. While making big star films gives a different kind of high, nurturing fresh talent and telling soul-stirring stories offers a unique, unmatched satisfaction. Balu Geetha was made with pure passion, and I promise it will not disappoint you.”
Special guest Niharika Konidela praised the project's aesthetic sensibilities, noting that the trailer’s breezy, emotional tone carried the nostalgic charm of a classic Shekhar Kammula directorial.

Lead actor Sundeep Saroj, who was introduced by Niharika in Committee Kurrollu, expressed excitement about headlining an Annapurna Studios production:
