In Tollywood, one hit is enough to make producers line up outside the homes of actors and actresses. Ananya Pandey, daughter of Bollywood actor Chunky Pandey, made her Hindi debut with Student of the Year 2 in 2019 and received good recognition for her performance. However, her career slowed down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and she acted in the Telugu film Liger during that time. Since it was Puri's movie, all eyes were on her.
Unfortunately, Liger did not do well and did not bring her any recognition in Telugu cinema. If Liger had been successful, Ananya would have already acted in several Telugu films. However, currently, she is not receiving any attention in Telugu cinema.
Despite this setback, Ananya is slowly making a name for herself in Bollywood and is currently acting in three Hindi films. If even one or two of these films become successful, she may get the opportunity to act in more films in the coming year.
