'Gandeevadhari Arjuna' is going to hit the screens this Friday (August 25). It has been rumoured that the budget of the Varun Tej-starrer went up in a significant way because of director Praveen Sattaru. The filmmaker has also been accused of troubling his producers with respect to Rajasekhar's 'PSV Garuda Vega' and Nagarjuna's 'The Ghost'.
In a recent interview, when asked about the same, Sattaru lost his cool and shot back at the interviewer. He accused the media of publishing hearsay and fake news.
"Did the producers of my movies tell you that the budgets got over-shot? I am ready to call up Jeevitha Rajasekhar and Sharath Marrar, my previous producers, right away. Marrar is ready to work with me again," Sattaru said, implying that the producer wouldn't be ready to reunite with him if he was an over-expensive filmmaker.
'Gandeevadhari Arjuna' is produced by BVSN Prasad. Its shoot was completed faster than expected. The film has Sakshi Vaidya, Nassar and Vinay Rai in key roles.
