'Devara' is slated to hit the screens on April 5, 2024. The plot of the pan-India film, as described on IMDb, says that Jr NTR will be seen as an exiled Prince in the Koratala Siva directorial. The Prince's ancestors vowed to save the village on the shores of a sea from marauders. When the villains come back to massacre them after decades, the Prince returns from exile and vanquishes them. During the crusade, he falls in love with a milk vendor (Janhvi Kapoor) who belongs to the bad guys' camp.
The above plot summary is seemingly the act of mischief. The same now stands deleted on IMDb, probably following an alert by the makers of the expensive movie.
Tarak's fans are calling out the act of mischief, saying that the premise and storyline of 'Devara' are not known to anybody. It is alleged that the news about Janhvi's character was floated by some vested interests on social media. The same was recently picked up by some sections of the Tollywood media.
