'Dhruva Natchathiram', starring Vikram as the hero and directed by Gautam Vasudev Menon, was supposed to be released in theatres in 2017. After a delay of more than six years, the spy action drama is finally hitting the screens this year.
The film will hit the screens on November 24. Produced by Ondraga Entertainment in association with Oruoorileoru Film House, the film has music by Harris Jayaraj.
When the film's release date was first announced, heroine Ritu Varma of 'Pelli Choopulu' fame stood a great chance to secure another hit in Telugu after her outing with Vijay Deverakonda. Ritu was recently seen in 'Mark Antony', a flop in Telugu and a blockbuster in Tamil.
Co-starring Radhakrishnan Parthiban, R Radikaa Sarathkumar, Simran, and Vinayakan, 'Dhruva Natchathiram' has been shot by Manoj Paramahamsa, SR Kathir, and Vishnu Dev. Yannick Ben has choreographed its fights.
Gautam Menon's film ran into financial troubles for years. The two-year pandemic furthered dwindled its prospects. Can it make a mark this season? It has to be seen. Last year's 'Life Of Muthu' from Menon proved that he has not lost his magic.
