In the teaser for 'Animal', we see Bobby Deol's character baying for more blood after ostensibly murdering someone in a house. Since the teaser hasn't revealed anything about him, speculations are rife as to what is in store.
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is believed to have cast Bobby as a man-eather. He is a cannibal whose savagery drives the emotions in the story. Driven to insanity, he behaves like a beast, justifying the title.
Ranbir Kapoor is believed to be the titular character by some, but the theory about Bobby's character sounds even more interesting. If Bobby is indeed a cannibal, the gory and grotesque images will surely put many audience members to shock. A section of the family audience might not venture into theatres to watch the movie. On the positive side, youths will be interested to watch it. Nowadays, female audience members too are interested in watching extreme violence in movies.
Co-starring Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and others, the film will hit the screens on December 1.
