Producer KK Radhamohan of Sri Sathya Sai Arts today reconfirmed the release date of Gopichand's 'Bhimaa'. The action drama with a terrifying antagonist and a super-terrifying hero at the centre will hit the screens on February 16.
The hero, an unforgiving cop, is introduced as someone as punishing and vengeful as a Brahmarakshasa. Gopichand's cop avatar has been designed to be a feast for the fans and masses, the makers said. After this teaser, Gopichand's previous movies look softer in comparison.
Directed by A Harsha, the film's music has been done by Ravi Basrur. The 'KGF' and 'Salaar' composer keeps the decibel levels high enough to build a sense of aura around the cop-hero. The hero-versus-villain template has been repeated time and again by commercial actioners. 'Bhimaa' must go beyond to make itself count.
Priya Bhavani Shankar and Malvika Sharma are the leading ladies in the movie. Ramana Vanka is the production designer and Thammiraju is the editor. Ajju Mahankali is providing the dialogue. The movie has fights choreographed by Ram-Lakshman, Venkat, and Dr. Ravi Varma.
