Action hero Vishal's 'Rathnam' will hit the screens on April 26. It will be a simultaneous release in Telugu and Tamil, Zee Studios and Stone Bench Films today announced. Produced by Kaarthekeyan Santhanam, the family entertainer with action scenes is directed by Hari. The two-language release recently completed its shoot successfully.
"Always a memory for life working in such a positive atmosphere all through the shoot right from Tuticorin, Trichy, Karaikudi, Vellore, Tirupathi, Chennai," the 'Abhimanyudu' actor wrote on Twitter after finishing the shoot. He suggested that Devi Sri Prasad's music would be thoroughly enjoyable. "Well well well, now time to unleash darling DSP’s supa exciting single track damn soon. Gonna be a feast for all you action lovers," he added. The film's music promotions will be followed by events in Hyderabad and Chennai.
'Rathnam' is Vishal's third collaboration with Kollywood director Hari, who is known for action entertainers interspersed with dramatic emotions. The film stars Samuthirakani, comedian Yogi Babu, and Gautam Vasudev Menon in key roles. Priya Bhavani Shankar is playing Vishal's romantic interest.
