Gouri Kishan who shot to fame with the Tamil epic love saga '96', is the female lead in the quirky musical romantic entertainer 'Little Miss Naina'. Shersha Sheriff played the male lead in it.

The film, directed by debutant Vishnu Dev, received encouraging reports after release for the unique storyline. A humorous quirk is their height difference, with Naina being short (4 ft) and Abhijit tall (6 ft). The physical contrast lends itself to healthy humour.
While cinema is the biggest passion of Abhijit, the girl is the studious kind with an OCD problem. They part ways at one point. What happens when these ex-lovers come together takes the story forward. The director portrayed the intricacies of the unusual love track without resorting to clichés. The scenes maintain the film's integrity to the fullest extent, avoiding dull moments.
Govind Vasantha's music is one of the major attractions. Luke Jose cranked the camera, while editing was done by Sangeeth Prathap. Suthin Sugathan produced the film.
