Acclaimed director Sekhar Kammula is currently doing a film with Tamil actor Dhanush and 'Naa Saami Ranga' actor Akkineni Nagarjuna Akkineni. Produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, the film will hit the screens later this year.
Titled 'Kubera', the first-look poster of the multi-lingual release comes with a spiritual vibe. Fittingly, it was released on Maha Shivaratri since the poster features a portrait of Lord Shiva receiving alms from Annapurna Devi. Dhanush makes an entry wearing a poor guy's get-up. The 'SIR' actor has undergone a makeover of sorts for this film.
'Kubera', which is currently on the floors, has Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine. 'Pushpa 2' and 'Kanguva' composer Devi Sri Prasad is dishing out tunes for the movie. Niketh Bommi of Suriya's 'Soorarai Pottru' is the film's Director of Photography. Producer designers Ramakrishna Sabbani and Monika Nigotre of 'Rangasthalam' fame are also working on the movie.
Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd are planning to release 'Kubera' on a grand scale in Telugu and Tamil.
