Superstar Mahesh Babu on Tuesday raved about a small film featuring newcomers. It is 'Premalu', which has grossed Rs 100 Cr at the box office. The Telugu-dubbed version of the Malayalam rom-com was released recently in theatres. SS Karthikeya, the son of SS Rajamouli, is its presenter.
Taking to social media today, Mahesh wrote that he and his family members thoroughly enjoyed the film. "Thank you, SS Karthikeya, for bringing Premalu to the Telugu audience... Thoroughly enjoyed it…. Can't remember the last time when I laughed so much while watching a film… The entire family loved it. Top-class acting by all the youngsters. Congratulations to the entire team!! (Sic)," he tweeted.
Rajamouli said that the film was so enjoyable in Telugu mainly because of its writer. "Writer Aditya ensured that the Telugu meme culture is captured by the conversations between characters," he added.
