The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Jana Sena are considering forming an alliance for the upcoming elections, but there are differences within TDP regarding this move. Some leaders believe that contesting alone could be a problem for TDP, while others question the demands of Jana Sena for an alliance. Jana Sena, on the other hand, is eager to know TDP's stance on the matter as the election approaches.

TDP leaders have been trying to find out Jana Sena's strategy for splitting anti-government votes in the upcoming elections, and Pawan Kalyan, the leader of Jana Sena, has stated that he will only form an alliance with TDP if they offer honorable seats and do not compromise the self-esteem of Jana Sena workers.

In this regard, sources say that a key meeting happened in Hyderabad recently between TDP senior leaders and PK, Nagababu. Jana Sena has reportedly demanded 50 assembly seats as well as Pawan's two-year tenure as Chief Minister. While TDP leaders did not respond to this proposal, they were concerned about the impact of such demands on their own party's situation.

TDP is already considering increasing its seats by five from earlier 25, and Jana Sena's demand for 50 assembly seats has led some TDP leaders to consider ending the alliance altogether. The situation remains uncertain, and it is unclear what action Pawan Kalyan and Jana Sena will take.
