The speeches of Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan are unique, setting him apart from other political leaders. However, while his words are powerful, his actions need to match up. It has been nine years since he started the Janasena party, and he is confident that it will become a key player in the upcoming AP elections. However, in order to achieve this, the party's structure needs to be developed, with a focus on strength in all 175 assembly seats and a strong cadre.
While Pawan has stated that he has no special hopes for positions and only wishes to serve the people, there are doubts about the leadership and cadre of Jana Sena for all constituencies in AP. Nadendla Manohar is the only famous leader in the party, and there is a need for more proper leaders.
Pawan needs to recognize and correct his mistakes by taking decisive actions to build a strong foundation for his party. Without this, his speeches will not have the desired impact. The opinion is expressed that he should match his words with actions, and that building a magnificent building without proper foundation stones is pointless. This would be the third election since 2014 that he is planning to carry on with the same hype but no substance.
