Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy has been granted anticipatory bail by the Telangana High Court in connection to the former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. This decision provides huge relief for Reddy as he will not be arrested until at least the 25th of this month, according to an interim order issued by the High Court.

Despite the bail being granted, CBI officials have still issued a notice to Avinash Reddy to appear for questioning at half past ten on Wednesday morning. The investigation into this case has been ongoing and there has been speculation of an arrest up until this point.

The CBI has informed the High Court that there is a possibility of an arrest, but Avinash Reddy has taken measures to protect himself by filing for anticipatory bail. This led to a heated investigation that lasted for two days.

In the end, the Telangana High Court granted anticipatory bail to Avinash Reddy, giving him relief for at least a few days in this case. This means that even if he goes to the CBI office for questioning, he will not be arrested. This has led to discussion about what the CBI will do, including the possibility of appealing the decision in the Supreme Court. The CBI is under pressure to complete the case by the 30th of this month, as per the deadline set by the Supreme Court.
