Former TDP MLA, Chintamaneni Prabhakar, who is known for his controversial remarks against YCP ministers, has sparked a new controversy by making an insulting comment against AP health minister Vidadala Rajini.
During his visit to a government hospital to check on a patient who had succumbed to burn injuries, Chintamaneni fumed at the lack of air conditioning in the burn ward and called the health minister "madam" and accused her of "applying make-up and roaming around." In response, Vidadala Rajini hit back, saying that Chintamaneni has a history of disrespecting women, referring to his previous altercation with MRO Vanajakshi.
The YCP minister then visited the under-construction medical college in Eluru and emphasized the government's commitment to providing quality medical support to the poor.
