Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, legal advisor for the state of Andhra Pradesh, applauded the Supreme Court's decision to lift the High Court's stay on the SIT's investigation into the state capital Amaravati. In a statement to the media on Wednesday, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said that the court's decision regarding the SIT investigation was the right one. Under N Chandra Babu Naidu's rule, Amaravati is said to have been the site of the biggest land scam in the nation. He stated that it is necessary to review policy decisions that caused the state to suffer losses.
He also questioned why is TDP afraid that SIT swings into action?
Sajjala claimed that Chandrababu Naidu was involved in the skill development scam and that the TDP had defrauded farmers by calling its real estate scheme the Amaravati capital. He also shared that the arrest of Chandrababu is more likely to happen soon in this matter.
Even in the construction of temporary structures, large-scale corruption was practised, and the TDP scam was one of the biggest in the nation. He claimed that the SIT was only established to elicit the facts.
