SC postpones Avinash's bail petition

YS. Vivekananda Reddy murder case and the subsequent happenings in the case with the entry of CBI investigating the case is going on and on and people are wondering whether there will be an end to it. According to got the latest Supreme Court which heard the Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy's bail petition, adjourned the case to the second week of September and directed CBI to the CBI to provide the details of Viveka's murder case and the case diary in a sealed cover, along with the counter filing on Avinash's bail cancellation petition. Additionally, the charge sheet filed on June 30 should also be submitted in a sealed cover.

The court has taken a decision to hear both Avinash Reddy and Erra Gangi Reddy's bail petitions together. During the hearing, Gangireddy's lawyer requested immediate bail for his client but the Court showed its impatience saying bail should be granted judiciously as it is a murder case.

It is known that Supreme Court put aside the Telangana High Court's order of granting bail to Gangireddy. Supreme Court maintained status quo will be continued. It is known that during its order, Supreme Court dismissed Avinash Reddy's bail cancellation petition.
