Avinash bail case: Sunitha's action increasing suspicions

Avinash bail case: Sunitha gets SC shock. YS. Vivekananda Reddy's murder case is taking numerous turns with each passing day. It is known that his daughter YS. Sunitha Reddy has been fighting for justice for her father and she has been accusing Kadapa MP YS. Vivekananda Reddy of plotting and murdering her father.

With the cops not doing anything, she approached the Supreme Court and is fighting her own case. According to the latest, Sunitha got a shock from the Supreme Court. Supreme Court refused to give the details of the case diary to Sunitha Reddy. It is known that Sunitha approached Supreme Court against the Telangana High Court order of grading anticipatory bail to Kadapa MP Avniash Reddy.

Supreme Court bench comprising of Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Bela Trivedi directed the CBI to submit the original records to the police and file it in a sealed cover. However, they refused to give the detailed case diary to Sunith Reddy. Supreme Court however asked CBI to file a counter to Sunitha Reddy's petition in two weeks. The case is posted for hearing in the second week of September.

The judges expressed shock asking Sunitha Reddy how could CBI provide the case diary details to her. They struck down her plea immediately. There is no need for the others to know the details in the diary as CBI will place its argument as per the details in the diary and it is surprising that Sunitha asked for the details of the diary. Many are saying Sunitha's actions are increasing suspicions.
