TDP scion Nara Lokesh has developed the knack of hitting hard against YSRCP every now and again. He has been upping the ante when it comes to his verbal attack on the chief minister of AP, YS Jagan and his political outfit, YSRCP.
But cut to now, Lokesh has hit a self goal with his latest comments on the TDP MLAs who recently defected TDP and then joined the ruling party YSRCP.
"These MLAs have just shown that they are opportunists. They are showing their true colors and the TDP is greatly benefited by it, as we are learning who is who in Andhra Pradesh. The MLAs like Siddha Raghava and Karanam Balaram have taught us a lesson on whom to trust and whom not to." Lokesh said in a recent public meeting.
But what needs to be noted is that the very same TDP was celebrating like anything when the party got 23 MLAs from the YCP in 2019. Netizens are questioning what Lokesh was doing while his father Chandrababu took 23 MLAs from Jagan's party in 2019. Where were all the lessons that he is currently talking about, they question.
Lokesh's comment on the defecting TDP MLAs has come back to haunt his own party now and this isn't something that he was expecting.
