Jr NTR often gets entangled in the planted narrative of Telugu Desam Party. He is not valued enough when everything is fine with the party. This is an effort to project Nara Lokesh as the future of the party and also sideline NTR at the same time.
But when things go south, everyone from TDP wants the support of NTR and they want him to be by the party and work like a soldier for their vested interests.
Now that Chandrababu has been arrested in the AP Skill Development case, everyone from the TDP top brass is said to be urging NTR to issue a public statement regarding the arrest.
But NTR hasn't shared any statement till now. And rightly so as well. It is up to NTR to decide whether or not to react on CBN's arrest. If he decides to do so, then there is no stopping him. But if he decides against it, then TDP has no right to question him, given that they don't invite him for any political events and are on the journey to project Lokesh as the face of the party.
NTR had been staying away from politics for a while now and he wishes to keep it that way till he deems fit. So, there is no use in trying to pressurize him to aid their narrative. He acts at his will and understandably so.
