The Vijayawada public representatives court has passed a sensational order regarding the law and order case that was filed against YCP's Kodali Nani, Parthasarathi and Vangaveeti Radha back in 2015.
Nani, current YCP minister Kolusu Parthasarathi and Vangaveeti Radha, who was with YCP back then have all been served non bailable warrants by the court a short while ago.
These individuals protested in favor of the special category status movement at the Nehru bus stand back in 2015. Then the police filed law and order nuisance IPC cases against them. The same was under investigation at the court for a while now.
Today, judge Gayatri Devi passed the order, issuing a nonbailable warrant against Nani, Parthasarathi, and Vangaveeti Radha. The warrants were issued on 52 other individuals who also took part in the protest back then.
Nani hadn't been attending the investigations and hearings on the case and so were the other individuals. So they are set to face the legal consequences for their actions now.
