It is known that Tollywood film producer C Aswini Dutt is a die-hard TDP sympathizer. He has always supported Nara Chandrababu Naidu. The former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's arrest seems to have upset Dutt deeply.
On Wednesday, his team put out a video statement of the senior producer saying that the ruling YCP (he didn't take the party's name, though) will be punished by the people of AP in the coming Assembly elections. "They will face an existential crisis. I am confident that TDP will win 160 Assembly seats in the coming elections," Dutt said.
The producer of films like 'Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari' described CBN as a legendary statesman who has given to the country a Prime Minister, a President and a Lok Sabha Speaker. This particular sentence is surely going to be seen as bombastic and delusional, considering TDP is not the reason why Vajpayee became the PM.
Dutt is currently producing Prabhas' 'Kalki 2898 AD'. The film is scheduled to hit the screens in 2024, either before or after the Assembly elections.
