TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu took 23 MLAs from Jagan's YCP and ever since, this number 23 has been torturing CBN.Here is an interesting report pertaining to the same.
Here is a list of torments CBN is facing with the number 23 as he won just 23 seats in the last election, the exact same number of MLA seats he won in the 2019 elections. RGV has pointed out the same now as he stated.

7+ 6 + 9 + 1 = 23
If you minus Jagan prison no. 6093 from CBN prison no. 7691 it’s 1598
And 1 + 5 + 9 + 8 = 23
justice remanded him for 14 days on 10th Sep...which means the end date is 23 September. The number is coming back to haunt Chandrababu even while he is on remand.
By the way, Nara Lokesh is born on Jan 23. This is another main torment for Chandrababu as Lokesh lost in his very first election, right after getting 3 portfolios in his father's cabinet.
