Chandrababu Naidu was sent on judicial remand to the Rajahmundry central jail on the 9th of September and he has been serving remand time ever since. His remand plea came to hearing today at the ACB court and the verdict will be out at 2:30 PM.
The quash petition that Chandrababu filed at the High Court had completed the hearing already completed the hearing and the only thing due now is the announcement of the judgement.
The latest update is that the judgement on the quash petition at the high court will be announced by the main judge Srinivas Reddy at 1:30 PM today.
The schedule is such that the quash petition judgement will be out at 1:30 PM today and just an hour later, the ACB court will reveal the judgement on the CID petition case at 2:30 PM.
Chandrababu's fate will be decided in 60 minutes gap. If the case is quashed, he will be a free man and get rid of the skill development scam headache for the time being. But if things are tightened and he gets sentenced to CID investigation in the skill scam case, then he could be in trouble.
