Some are pointing out that Balakrishna has a child-like personality and the fact that he kept blowing the whistle inside the assembly while a serious discussion was going on inside the hall proves the same.
And on the other hand, many are commenting that what Balakrishna is doing is very immature as he is not just degrading the respect of the assembly but also belittling the common public by wasting valuable time in assembly session with pointless acts like these.
