JanaSena chief Pawan Kalyan had announced that his party will be in alliance with TDP for the coming election. He has advised his party leaders to be prepared to work alongside TDP leaders in the coming elections.
But cut to now, JanaSena has lost its first wicket already, soon after the announcement on the alliance. Kethamreddy Vinod Reddy, a fiery leader for JanaSena in Nellore district is set to leave the party.
Vinod had been a grassroot level leader for JanaSena for many years and he was a stoic supporter of Pawan Kalyan. But the young leader wasn't in approval of alliance with TDP. He is also at the risk of losing his seat to a TDP leader.
Vinod Reddy is said to be distraught about the method of operation of JanaSena and hence, the has decided to leave the party and instead join YSRCP, say reports.
This has led to a talk that Pawan Kalyan has left the interests of the party cadre and long serving leaders of the party for the political gains of Chandrababu Naidu. This will further weaken JanaSena in Nellore district.
