Nara Chandrababu Naidu is richly regarded as the managed of all the systems that come under judicial and admisntration aspects. But his time has come now and he has fallen prey to his own method of operation.
Naidu has been named as the accused in the AP Skill Development scam and he has been serving the remand sentence delivered by the ACB court.
CBN had failed a quash petition at the ACB court and also at the supreme court. Both the cases were supposed to come to hearing today, but that wasnt to be for the TDP chief.
ACB court was adjourned today as the judge was out on leave. The case has been pushed to tomorrow, 27 September for a further hearing.
Strangely for CBN, the same thing happened with the quash petition he filed at the supreme court as well. The apex court also didn't take the case to hearing today. It wasn't even listed on the sheet today.
The end result is that Chandrababu was served a double whammy as the cases he had filed in connection with the skill development scam didn't even come to hearing in the ACB and supreme courts today.
