The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh and the president of YSRCP, Jagan Mohan Reddy had been advising his party MLAs and MPs for the last few months. He had been advising them to be prepared for the elections whenever they come.
Now, Jagan called for an internal meeting with YCP representatives - party MLAs, MPs, and other integral members. This is a very important meeting in connection with the coming general elections in the state.
In this meeting, Jagan reportedly spoke about the workmanship of the MLAs and MPs. He is said to be satisfied with the work of most of these MLAs, but he is said to have thrown the caution gun at 18 MLAs.
Jagan is not happy with the work put up by the unnamed 18 MLAs in the party and he has advised them to change their track. There is also a chance that Jagan might fire these 18 MLAs and send them out of the party and legislative posts in the next election.
Jagan has been very particular about his party candidates for the coming polls. He is not fearing to take affirmative action against those who take his words lightly.
