The central BJP seemed to take up the Andhra Pradesh election fairly seriously towards the end as Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah toured AP towards the closing stages of the AP poll campaign.
In his latest interview with a national media outlet, Amit Shah opened up about his projection of the polling outcome in Andhra Pradesh and he sounded very confident.
Shah revealed that the NDA alliance in AP is likely to win in the range of 17 MP seats. He said the NDA alliance is in the ascendancy in AP and a clear swing in favor of the alliance is being observed.
With this projected number coming from Amit Shah himself, who has the intelligence inputs at his disposal, it could give a picture of the coming electoral outcome in AP. This has further energized the supporters of the alliance before the big day - 4th June.
