YSR Congress Macherla MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy has been caught in a mess after the EVM smashing case has come to haunt him. And then there was the murder attempt case.
However, the AP High Court has granted bail in all three of these cases for Pinnelli. AP High Court has given relief to YSRC MLA candidate Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy of Macherla. Interim bail granted in 3 cases.
It directed the police not to take any action till the counting is completed till June 6. However court asked him not to go to Macharla for the time period and remain in Narsaraopeta parliamentary constituency.
Earlier, AP Police booked multiple cases against Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy including attack on a cop and threatening a TDP agent. He was caught on camera damaging EVMs. But he is already granted relief in previous case of EVM smashing.
