The election season is currently underway, and the government's actions are being scrutinized more closely. The BJP is displaying a great deal of enthusiasm and determination to gain control of Telangana, despite the fact that it will not be an easy feat.
Now Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate and lay the foundation for several projects worth over Rs 11,300 crore in Telangana on April 8. He will also address a public gathering at the Parade Grounds in Secunderabad during his two-hour visit to Hyderabad. Modi will start by flagging off the Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express at the Secunderabad Railway Station.
This train is expected to reduce travel time between the two cities by nearly three and a half hours, benefiting many pilgrims. After inaugurating the train, Modi will attend a public meeting at Parade Grounds where he will lay the foundation stone for new blocks at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bibinagar.
Additionally, he will lay the foundation stone for the redevelopment of Secunderabad Railway Station, costing Rs 720 crore, and the doubling and electrification of the Secunderabad-Mahabubnagar project. During the program, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of five National Highway projects worth more than Rs 7,850 crore, which will strengthen road connectivity between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
After spending an hour at the public function at Parade Ground, the Prime Minister will leave for Chennai from Begumpet Airport at 1.20 p.m.
