"Shameful betrayal": KTR to BJP on Turmeric board

Telangana IT Minister K T Rama Rao laid the foundation stone for a skill development centre in Bellampally, Telangana, today. 
The minister announced that the cement mill, Orient Cement Ltd., in the Kasipet mandal village of Devapur is being expanded at a cost of Rs. 2,000 crore.
He assured that this project will bring employment possibilities to local youth. 
He also expressed his happiness to see two IT enterprises established in Bellampally and promised funds totaling Rs. 50 crore under Mission Bhagiratha and TUFIDC, in addition to building many roads and an inter-state bridge across the Pranahita River in Vemanapalli Mandal.  
Meanwhile, speaking at another press conference, the minister lashed out at Modi and his pals for cheating people in the name of "turmeric board". 
"The BJP party promised people a turmeric board on bond paper during the Parliament elections but didn’t deliver it so far. This is a "shameful betrayal"," she said, displaying the bonds the BJP party signed during elections. 
Rama Rao asked Modi if he recognised the bond paper commitment made by BJP MP Arvind Dharmapuri, who represents Nizamabad, to establish a Turmeric Board in Nizamabad before being elected as a member of parliament.
