When Telangana CM KCR's daughter Kavitha's name came up for the first time in the Delhi Liquor scam with CBI mentioning it, everyone felt that it is only a matter of time, before she would be sent packing to jail. Even CM KCR went on record that PM Modi and the BJP-led Union government is targeting his daughter Kavitha as he turned his TRS into BNRS and expressed his national ambitions and started attacking PM Modi more vehemently and directly.
The way CBI arrested Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia at midnight and the courts denied him bail also sent shivers down the spines of CM KCR and the TRS party. BJP state leaders like Bandi Sanjay and Etela Rajender claimed that Kavitha will soon be languishing in jail.
But months passed by and in between reports came that KCR sought the help of AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy to bail out Kavitha as he shares good relationships. Kavitha is not arrested till now and this spread rumors that something is brewing between BRS and BJP. Kavitha in a way is spelling doom for BJP and she is decimating the BJP singlehandedly.
Till some time back, BJP is considered the strong contender to fight KCR and BRS but with Kavitha not getting arrested, its chances are fast diminishing and Congress led by Revanth Reddy is cashing on to it. Even Bandi Sanjay openly confessed that not arresting Kavitha is sounding a death knell to BJP. Even if Kavitha is arrested in the coming days, the damage done by Kavitha to BJP cannot be undone.
