Bandi Sanjay fires, BJP fumes. Right after the loss in Karnataka, BJP seems to be losing steam in Telangana. Till some time back, not only people but also analysts felt that BJP is turning out to be the viable alternative to the ruling BRS and CM KCR. The aggressive nature of Bandi Sanjay and the entry of disgruntled leaders like Etela Rajender and others from the BRS party and electoral victories gave a fillip to BJP's aspirations in Telangana.
However, after the loss in Karnataka, dissent started growing in BJP and many started speaking in two voices. Bandi Sajay confessed that his party is not having candidates fo filed in Telangana. Now Jupalli Krishnarao and Ponguleti Srinivas joined the Congress party.
Following this, Bandi Sanjay said "The Congress is a sinking boat and they will also drown with the boat," He also added "The people of Telangana don’t have faith in the Congress party," He also reminded people of Telangana saying "It was BJP that extended its support to the Telangana formation bill in Parliament and played a key role in the creation of Telangana state,"
But BJP top brass is angry with the dissent and called Bandi Sanjay to Delhi and asked him to adopt a more proactive approach and see to it that prominent leaders will not leave the party and more top leaders from other parties be inducted into its fold.
