Cops foil Cong's Dasabdi Daga. It is known that BRS government headed by CM KCR is celebrating the decennial celebrations of the Telangana formation. The government has been organizing various events on each day and CM KCR has been announcing various welfare schemes and projects for the benefit of the poor. All the MLAs and Ministers like KTR, Harish Rao, and Kavitha have been promoting the programs across the state.
Today KCR will be inaugurating the Martyrs Memorial and paying floral tributes to those who laid their lives for the cause of Telangana. He will also honor the family members of the martyrs. However, Opposition parties BJP and Congres have been attacking TRS for looting the state and then taking people for a ride playing the emotional card all the time.
Congress started Dasabdi Daga protests across the state highlighting the failures of the BRS government. Even as the Congress leaders started coming out of their houses for the Dasabdi Daga protests and marches, Cops arrested several prominent leaders. Former Minister Shabbir Ali and others have been placed under house arrest.
TPCC chief Revanth Reddy criticized the cops for the arrest and accused them of dancing to the tunes of the CM KCR. He condemned the arrest and said it is undemocratic. He added that BRS government is wasting crores of money on decennial celebrations.
