Rahul's war cry 'KCR Hatao'. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is over the moon with the coup his party in Telangana indulged by convincing leaders like Ponguleti Srinivas and Jupally Krishna Rao to join the party by leaving BRS. They will be inducted into the party on 2 July at a huge rally in Khammam.
In the meantime, Rahul Gandhi raised the war cry ‘KCR hatao, Telangana bachao.’Congress party issued a statement "The winds of change are visible across the country. This started with the Bharat Jodo yatra. Many are enthused by the message of unity."
Jupally Krishna Rao and Revanth Reddy met Rahul Gandhi in Delhi along with the TPCC chief Revanth Reddy. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge said "BRS and BJP are one and the same. Their relation becomes clear by the way they dealt with the case of Kavitha in the Delhi liquor scam."
Ponguleti Srinivas said they considered various options like starting a new party but they went against it as it will divide the opposition votes. He revealed "We conducted the three surveys which showed that 80 percent of the people were against KCR," Ponguleti will join the party on 2 July 2023 at Khammam at a rally addressed by Rahul Gandhi, while Jupally will be joining the party on July 16 at a rally in Mahabubnagar which will be addressed by Priyanka Gandhi.
