BRS is not a B team. Telangana CM KCR is stepping up the accelerator ahead of the upcoming elections in Telangana. As he turned his party into a national party he is expanding it in Maharashtra. It is known that KCR went on a huge rally to Maharashtra. After addressing a meeting in Solapur, he offered prayers at the famous Pandhapur Temple. Later he prayed at the powerful Tulja Bhavani temple at Tuljapur.
In between speaking at a rally, KCR attacked PM, Modi, for calling BRS a B-Team. He thundered "BRS was not the ‘B’ team of any party. He added that the BRS has a single-point agenda -- “Aab Ki Baar Kisan Sarkar.’ He said other parties in Maharashtra are scared of BRS and said "It's just four months since we entered Maharashtra. Both the BJP and the Congress are calling us the B team of their respective opponents. We are a small party. Why do these parties feel so frustrated and jittery? This shows they fear the response the BRS is receiving from the people in Maharashtra in such a short span,"
KCR questioned "When I addressed the first public meeting in Maharashtra in February this year, the Maharashtra government announced `6,000 financial aid to farmers per year on the lines of Rythu Bandhu. Why was it not implemented before," and added, "They say Maharashtra will become bankrupt (diwala niklega). Yes, I agree. But parties and leaders in Maharashtra will become bankrupt (diwala) and people will celebrate Diwali,"
