All set for Rahul Gandhi's meeting in Khammam. Telangana Congress is experiencing new energy levels with the victory of the party in the Karnataka elections. They are now confident that riding on Karnataka, it can win the elections in Telangana and also defeat the CM KCR and the ruling BRS party.
Congress leaders have been becoming extremely active and leaders like Revanth Reddy, Bhatti Vikramarka, and others went on padayatra at various places. With Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao set to join the party, the cadre is energized. Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy will be joining the party today in the presence of Rahul Gandhi in Khammam.
Rahul Gandhi will arrive at Gannavaram (Vijayawada) at 3.30 pm by a special flight and reach Khammam by helicopter to address the meeting at 5 pm. He will then leave Khammam by road to Gannavaram, from where he will board a flight to New Delhi. The venue in Khammam would be spread over an area of 100 acres and Congress leaders are expected to mobilize five lakh people for the meeting.
Khammam city is now full of the flexis of the Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, and Bhatti, among others, adorning every nook and cranny.
