Kavitha calls Revanth and Congress bogus. Revanth Reddy's talk on free electricity to farmers during his interactions with TANA turned out to be a self-goal as Congress is running for cover. BRS leaders started protesting on the streets. In the meantime, Kavitha launched a blistering attack on Revanth Reddy.
She said farmers should thrash Revanth Reddy for saying the farming community doesn't require 24-hour current supply. She said under Congress rule farmers faced a lot of problems. She said Revanth Reddy's words expose the duplicity of the Congress which is promising heaven if voted to power. She asked people to be careful rather than believe Congress blindly.
She demanded an apology from Revanth Reddy and the Congress party. Speaking to scribes, Kavitha sought to expose the Congress party saying "For 60 years, the Congress party, which has been in power in the country, caused troubles for the farmers during their rule. Why can't they provide 24 hours of electricity to farmers?"
She questioned Revanth Reddy asking Does Revanth Reddy have the audacity to say that they should not provide it to the industries? He suggested that farmers, who feed us three meals a day, should be given only 3 hours of electricity. We need to confront Revanth Reddy till he goes back to the village. He should immediately apologize to the farmers. Until Revanth Reddy apologizes, Congress leaders should not be allowed to roam the villages,"
Kavitha did not even spare Rahul Gandhi and demanded an explanation from him. She said if Rahul Gandhi has no answers, he has no right to come to Telangana.
