Serious KTR to take political sanyas. The Municipal Administration Minister KTR turned serious on the opposition and dared that he will take political sanyas if they prove the corruption allegations against him. It is known that for long opposition leaders, Revanth Reddy, Bandi Sanjay and others have been alleging that ORR deal has been finalized by the KCR government only to benefit KTR.
They said "What is the hurry for this government to rush into this deal when all they have is another three months before the state gets into poll mode? I am alleging the deal has been done to benefit Rama Rao to the tune of at least `100 crore per year. Shell companies have been floated to benefit the family. The HGCL (Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited) which was floated as a special purpose vehicle to develop ORR was merged into HMDA (Hyderabad Metro Development Authority) to close this deal,"
Congress leader Bhatti Vikramarka also repeated the same allegations in the assembly and this made KTR angry. Replying to these allegations, KTR dared the opposition to prove the graft charges against him, and if they prove he will resign from politics and take political sanyas.
