Kalvakuntla Kavitha has been named as one of the accused in the Delhi Liquor Scam and she was even investigated multiple times by the Enforcement Directorate.
The other day, there were specualtions that Kavitha could even get arrested in this case any minuite now. This happened after her PA had stated that it is true that Rs 45 crores were siphoned off in the process of the scam.
However, cut to now, Kavitha has been given a huge relief by the Supreme Court in the Delhi Liquor Scam as the court ordered the ED not to trouble Kavitha.
The hearing was held today and it was later adjourned to November 10. The court stated that Kavitha should not be given any summmons by the ED in connection with this case till the 20th of November.
Kavitha has now evaded any ED action for the next three weeks. From reports that she could get arrested any mniute to getting a reprive for 3 weeks, Kavitha has come a long way in connection with this case.
