Telangana CM Revanth Reddy made a shocking revelation yesterday as he said the former CM of the state, KCR had ordered 22 Landcruiser cars at the cost of public exchequer.
Interestingly enough, these cars weren't stored in Hyderabad or other parts of Telangana. But instead, they were kept in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. In that case, one can wonder how KCR trusted in Jagan so much that he kept his government's luxury utility cars costing nearly Rs 65 crores in the jurisdiction of the AP government.
These cars were stationed at Veerapanenigudem in Vijayawada for the last few months. This shows the kind of trust KCR had on Jagan Mohan Reddy's government. Had it been CBN in power in AP, KCR might have been perplexed if the TDP man would tamper with the quality of the vehicles in his jurisdiction. But there was no such issue with Jagan.
The real question here is what will Revanth Reddy do with the costly cars. Will he decide to take delivery of the cars by clearing whatever pending dues? Or will return them to the company and get whatever price they return for it? We have to wait and see.
